Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Courtside, an app made by Kerbine, LLC. By using Courtside you agree to them.

The app

Courtside is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms. Where they conflict, these terms apply to the extent permitted.

Yahoo

Courtside displays data from the Yahoo Fantasy Sports API. Courtside is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Yahoo or the NBA. Your use of Yahoo remains subject to Yahoo's own terms. Fantasy data may be delayed or inaccurate; always check Yahoo before making decisions that matter to you.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse Courtside: no reverse engineering, scraping, interfering with the service, or using it to break the law or Yahoo's terms.

Availability

We may change, suspend or stop Courtside or any feature at any time. Courtside depends on Yahoo's API, and features may stop working if Yahoo changes or withdraws it.

Disclaimer

Courtside is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kerbine is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
